A traditional garlic salt blend with a spooky twist, Turkeywoods Farm Garlic-Ghost Sea Salt is prepared from fresh ghost chili peppers grown on our farm. This hot garlic salt delivers a fairly potent heat profile but is not so hot as to be unenjoyable. We began offering this product in small 2-ounce jars at local farmer's markets and garlic festivals, and each year we saw more and more customers seeking the Turkeywoods Farm tent just for the salt. Try it on absolutely everything, including garlic bread, baked squash, popcorn, eggs. Due to growing popular demand, we have recently upgraded our packaging in this new 3.5 oz size. Note that the salt should be kept tightly capped, as sea salt tends to absorb moisture at high humidity due to higher amounts of healthy potassium and magnesium. Should your salt become a solid in the container, simple scrape it up with a fork.
