Our process is backed by 25 years of experience in organic and medicinal chemistry. We apply the same attention to quality and detail into our soaps as we do into our syrup and other Turkeywoods Farm products. We think you'll like the results.
Comfrey is grown organically on our farm in Groton/Mystic, CT and is combined with olive, coconut, palm, and castor oils in a traditional hand-crafted saponification process. Olive oil softens and moisturizes the skin; coconut oil produces a cleansing soap; palm oil hardens the bar for longer life, and castor oil balances it all to give a rich lather.
